The Hill’s Marketing Objective: Grow sales revenue for The Hill and Nexstar Digital by providing advertisers with a premium audience, reaching 47MM lawmakers, policymakers, business leaders, and influential digital consumers from Capitol Hill to Main Street.
Success: The new streaming channel, The Hill TV, won the 2023 Cynopsis Best of the Best Award for Best Streaming News Service. Launched in the summer of 2022, The Hill TV was their first foray into OTT, bringing trusted, non-partisan content to the growing number of Americans who are streaming television programming. The award builds upon powerful recent momentum and exciting news for The Hill, including record audience growth on TheHill.com, the #1 digital-first political news brand; the launch of new newsletters on business and the economy, technology, and personal finance; and a boldly re-imagined print edition designed in a premium magazine style format.
